Infill and Middle Housing

A guide to infill and middle housing: placing additional units on an existing lot, or building on a lot inside an already platted subdivision. Middle housing projects now bypass the off-site transportation analysis and do not trigger a Traffic Impact Analysis, though frontage obligations such as sidewalks, street widening and bike lanes still apply. Note that middle housing land division is a different thing altogether and has its own workflow.
