Kevin Gardiner, AICP brings nearly three decades of experience in urban planning, urban design, and community development to his role as founder of KGA.

Widely recognized for balancing vision with practical implementation, Kevin has led and contributed to general plans, specific plans, area plans, and development projects in California, Oregon, Arizona, Illinois, and Indiana. His expertise spans downtown revitalization, transit oriented development, housing strategy, and sustainable growth.

He combines deep technical knowledge with a collaborative, client focused approach, committed to creating places that reflect community values, strengthen local economies, and enhance quality of life.
