Building Permits on Platted Lots
A guide to pulling a building permit on a lot inside a subdivision that is already platted. This workflow starts after the subdivision exists: the plat is recorded and the infrastructure permit is already underway, so Building is effectively separate from the land division work. If you still need to create the subdivision itself, use the Subdivision workflow instead.
