General Development Application
A guide for projects that need land use (planning) review before construction: commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and multi-unit development, plus conditional uses, variances, design review, land divisions, and other planning applications. Most follow a Type II review, an administrative decision made by staff with public notice, which can be appealed. A pre-application meeting is recommended before you apply. Fees shown reflect the schedule in effect through June 2026; the City adopted a new fee schedule effective July 1, 2026, so use the linked fee schedule for current amounts.
